šš§ Hi, Iām Lavenderā
the rainbow mind behind
Lavender Super Morphs
Iām an artist, herper, and certified permaculture designer with a lifelong love for all things scaly, strange, and beautiful. Whether Iām building naturalistic enclosures, painting snakes, or geeking out over genetics, everything I do is rooted in curiosity, care, and connection.
š§š»āš»š§ Hi, Iām Morgan-
The Tech Mind Behind
Lavender Super Morphs
Iām an engineer, adventurer, and lifelong animal lover who brings the vision of Lavender Super Morphs to life through tech, tools, and hands-on work. From building custom habitats to wiring environmental controls, Iām the one making sure everything works behind the scenes.
š¢ Our Animal Story
š Her Story
Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can rememberācats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice⦠even sugar gliders, lynxes, and hermit crabs. But reptiles? That was an instant connection.
It all started with Henrietta, a rescued Western Box Turtle I had as a kid. Since then, Iāve cared for sliders, pythons, geckos, tortoises, tree boas, and my absolute favorite: Plains Hognose Snakes. My home has always been a safe place for misunderstood species and wayward creatures.
Every animal Iāve kept has taught me something about patience, presence, and respectāand that philosophy guides everything we do here.
His Storyš
I grew up with California desert tortoises, a dove, rabbits, and a long-loved aquarium. Reptiles came later, but quickly became part of my world. Iāve been a dedicated keeper since 2021āand during Lavenderās cancer treatment in 2022, I took on full care of our hognoses and feeder colonies, learning how to support and sustain them with care.
That experience deepened my connection to the animals and gave me a new sense of purpose. Helping Lavender rebuild from the ground up made me more committed than ever to this shared workāand to building something meaningful, together.
šWhy Reptiles Matter to Usš š
In 2022, Lavender was diagnosed with breast cancerāand during that time, she reconnected deeply with her lifelong love of reptiles and animal behavior. That experience changed everything, setting us on a new path weāve followed ever since.
She immersed herself in learning, joining @reptelligence to study behavior and enrichment, and proudly completed the Master Herpetologist Program I through The Amphibian Foundation.
This journey has been one of growth, healing, and rediscovery. Itās only deepened her passion for connecting others with these incredible animals in thoughtful, ethical ways.
Morgan is the one behind the techādesigning the systems that bring our habitats to life. From electronics and lighting to environmental controls and automation, if it needs wiring, building, or problem-solving, heās on it. He also co-designs our FOHMs (Front Opening Habitat Modules) and develops tools that make reptile keeping more intuitive for others.
Together, weāre building something lasting. Lavender brings the vision; Morgan brings the hands that make it work. From thoughtful keeping to hardware and heart, this is a shared dreamāand weāre proud to be growing it side by side.
šæ Life Outside the Rack
When we’re not caring for animals or tweaking enclosures, we’re probably:
⨠Dancing our hearts out at EDM shows
⨠Hiking through forests, fields, and anywhere green
⨠Stargazing, eclipse chasing, and cosmic adventuring
⨠Traveling for inspiration, connection, and fresh perspectives
⨠Tending our permaculture garden and learning from the land
⨠Journaling, sketching, and dreaming up new ideas
⨠Because our world doesnāt stop at the reptile roomāit’s all connected. āØ
Lavender Super Morphs is where all of this comes togetherāscience, nature, creativity, connection and technology.
Whether youāre brand new to reptiles or deep into the exotics hobby, We're glad youāre here. šš
